Starwood Hotels and Resorts is about to take an even larger bite of the Big Apple. The international hotel operator of the Westin, Sheraton and W Hotels plans to open more hotels in New York this year than in any other city. The projects will include what Starwood says is the first hotel to open in Harlem in 40 years
