eRevMax Expands Footprint in Asia Pacific
Channel management pioneer prepares for accelerated growth in emerging markets
eRevMax today announced its expansion in Asia Pacific (APAC). The company plans to further increase its global presence by more aggressively distributing RateTiger and SimpleDistribution in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and China.
eRevMax has established two new offices in Singapore and China and will introduce up to six new Sales Managers within the next 3 to 6 months. The initial focus will be on SE Asian countries as well as China.
Increased rates of internet adoption in APAC have created active online consumers and smart travel buyers encouraging the hospitality industry to respond with a presence online. The region's maturing hospitality market is expected to welcome eRevMax to further promote revenue opportunities available through intelligent online channel management technologies.
Keith Povah, VP Sales International at eRevMax, is coordinating the expansion process: "Following our successful sales launch in India last year, we are now ready to make further footprints in Singapore and Beijing. The new team will be present by the end of August responsible for educating the hospitality market and hotels on channel management practices, online revenue opportunities and will support a wider network of online booking channels."
After a successful show in 2009, eRevMax will also be participating in the upcoming ITB Asia for the second year.
