At the beginning of this year, La Sivolière's General Manager, Mme Florence Carcassonne, decided to replace the previous hotel management system. After a thorough selection process she settled for protel SPE. protel's single property edition could score in every respect, be it the range of functionalities of the software, its reliability and flexibility or the customer service, provided by Ideosoft und backed up by the development and service teams at protel's headquarters in Germany. Jean-Claude Petit, founder and managing director of Ideosoft, comments on this latest success of protel's french business partner: "'La Sivolière'" is a gem among the famous hotels of Courcheval. The charming luxury boutique hotel La Sivolière has reopened in December 2009 with an entirely new interior design. Nestled in the midst of pine trees, at the heart of Courchevel 1850, La Sivolière features 24 rooms, eleven suites and a luxurious apartment. Interior designer Tristan Auer infused an easy-going modernity to the magnificent chalet built of wood and stone in the traditional style of the Savoy region. The hotel's exceptional location allows guests to set off directly from the hotel to conquer the slopes. Combining tradition and modernity, sophistication and comfort, La Sivolière offers families and couples alike a stay free from all constraints in a warm and friendly setting.

The skiing of your dreams: Courchevel is not one but four quite separate resorts at different altitudes above the Bozel Valley. At an altitude of 1850 m the highest of the four, Courchevel 1850 has the reputation for being the world's best ski resort. Immaculate pistes, superbly interlinked skiing on the vast Three Valleys (Les Trois Vallées) ski area amidst beautiful scenery are just some of its features.
