Transhotel connects with the Availpro distribution platform

The end of the summer holidays is often a time for important announcements, and Availpro is no exception to the rule. The company is happy to announce its new connectivity with the tour operator Transhotel. Thanks to direct connectivity with Availpro, Transhotel will be even more attractive to the 7,500 hotels that use the Availpro Smart Channel Manager®.

A connectivity that both partners have wanted for a long time

Thanks to the new connectivity with the TOR System Advanced (Transhotel's online bookings platform), hotels using Availpro now have an alternative method of managing this TO. This type of partnership allows hotels to showcase their offer via 78,000 travel agencies through a single planning. By connecting to the Transhotel database of over 52,000 hotels, these travel agents will be able to meet the demands of both Corporate and Leisure clients.

Inmaculada Ruiz, Transhotel's business manager for France explains the strategic partnership: "Getting this connectivity up and running has been on our roadmap for quite a while, but until now we were unable to make both company's development schedules line up. At last we managed it and we're really thrilled. We're expecting a lot to come from this connectivity partnership in terms of additional hotel clients."

Lots happening for Availpro in the 2nd semester

With the Transhotel sales channel, Availpro's network now includes over 150 distribution partners, making it one of the most complete networks on the market: Internet distributors, tour operators, agent companies...

But there's even more in store for Availpro before the end of the year. Philippe Lamarche, President of the company's Board of Directors says "The second semester will see a number of announcements and exciting milestones. For our hotel users, we are continuing to optimise the hotel management extranet, as well as developing new functions with strong added value for our booking engine. There will be an important announcement made about this during the September French Top Resa trade fair, in conjunction with a partner company. Also, the Paris Equip'hotel trade fair in November 2010 will be a key moment for us, as we will be present in many capacities (booth, activities, conference sponsor)."
