TRAVELCLICK® Hosts Webinar on Fourth Quarter 2009 Global Hotel Performance: The Road to Recovery in 2010

The most recent data shows that the global hospitality industry has indeed started to rebound, with some markets reporting minor growth in the fourth quarter. Internet travel experienced 25 percent growth for the fourth quarter of 2009 while the Global Distribution System, a channel responsible for 24 percent of overall hotel bookings, realized the smallest declines seen in the last year.
