Park Plaza Hotels announces promotion and new appointment

Chambers joined the hotel group in 2007 and as General Manager opened the 398 room, four-star deluxe Park Plaza County Hall London hotel in February 2008. His outstanding leadership skills and the success of Park Plaza County Hall has led to him being appointed General Manager of two additional hotels, the four-star deluxe Park Plaza Riverbank London and five-star Plaza on the River - Club and Residence.

Waye joins Park Plaza Hotels with a wealth of experience spanning her 15 year career in HR. She will be responsible for implementing and directing the HR strategies across the portfolio in the UK in tandem with the company’s EMEA directive. Prior to joining Park Plaza Hotels, Waye held various director roles at Hilton, and managerial roles with De Vere Venues, Debenhams, Stakis and London’s Great Eastern Hotel.
