DALLAS, Feb. 12 / Pizza Hut, Inc. and Hilton Hotels Corporation [NYSE: HLT] have entered into an agreement to offer hot, tasty Pizza Hut pizzas at select Hilton hotels and resorts across the United States.

Hilton chefs will prepare and cook Pizza Hut pizzas and breadsticks in Hilton kitchens according to Pizza Hut guidelines. Select U.S. Hilton hotels will offer Pizza Hut's popular Pan Pizza as well as breadsticks served hot to guests in their rooms and in participating restaurants at Hilton hotels and resorts.

"Our goal is to provide travelers with the same food and service they receive at their hometown Pizza Hut," said Pat Williamson, president of PepsiCo Express Restaurants. "We are hoping to offer Pizza Hut pizza to guests in several Hilton hotels and resorts by the end of 1997."
