1999 AH&MA Annual Conference Offers Unprecedented Opportunities For Allied Members

Washington, September 18, 1998—The American Hotel & Motel Association (AH&MA) Annual Conference & Leadership Forum/The Lodging Expo, April 14-16, 1999, at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tenn., offers new sponsorship opportunities for association allied members. In keeping with Nashville's Music City theme, three packages are available — the Grand Ole Opry® Headliner, the Grand Ole Opry® Chorus, and the Grand Ole Opry® Band.

The Grand Ole Opry® Headliner offers a hospitality suite and three full conference registrations. The company logo will appear on the conference registration bag, commemorative conference T-shirt, direct mail promotional conference materials, and on-site signage. The company name will appear on the conference letterhead, and the company name and logo will be on AH&MA's conference Web site. The company's promotional items will be included in attendee registration bags and a room drop. A video clip, produced by the company, also will be shown. In addition, the company will receive a mailing list of conference preregistrants and final conference registrants. The minimum fee is $25,000.

The Grand Ole Opry® Chorus includes one full conference registration, inclusion of the company's promotional items in attendee registration bags, and a room drop. The company name will appear on the conference letterhead, direct mail promotional conference materials, on-site signage, and AH&MA's conference Web site. A video clip, produced by the company, also will be shown. In addition, the company will receive a mailing list of conference preregistrants and final conference registrants. The minimum fee is $15,000.

The Grand Ole Opry® Band features the company logo on direct mail promotional conference materials, on-site signage, and AH&MA's conference Web site. In addition, the company's promotional items will be included in attendee registration bags, and the company will receive a mailing list of conference preregistrants and final conference registrants. The minimum fee is $5,000.
