Under the agreement, GolfStar gains access to Pegasus' online distribution database and private label reservation service. As a result, anyone anywhere in the world that uses GolfStar's service will be able to view photographs and obtain detailed information on more than 26,000 hotels in 170 countries; make real-time reservations with instant confirmation; and search for hotels that meet user-defined criteria such as babysitting services or handicapped rooms/facilities.

Atlanta-based iXL, Inc., a leading Internet service company which provides Internet strategy consulting and comprehensive Internet-based solutions, was selected to build the front-end interface.
