The Holiday Inn On King, Toronto's two-time Torchbearer award-winner, is pleased to announce the launch of integrated high-speed internet connectivity capabilities for all of its guests and hotel staff.
Through a partnership with Guest-Tek Services, Canada's leading broadband internet solutions provider for the mobile marketplace, the Holiday Inn On King has implemented Guest-Tek's showcase GlobalNetTM and GlobalConciergeTM solutions throughout the hotel, allowing it to lay claim as the first hotel in Toronto to enable a single integrated solution for all of its guests and staff.
The Holiday Inn On King, attuned to the heightened expectations of internet-enabled business and conference travelers, recognized the increasing frustration levels that low-bandwidth dialup was causing its clientele. After examining various products, Guest-Tek Services' proven solutions were selected. GlobalNetTM also integrates securely with hotel printers and external virtual private networks (VPN's).
The GlobalConciergeTM solution complements the GlobalNetTM connection by providing the guest with a gateway to an online portal custom-tailored to service the hotel's guests with relevant local information, services, and amenities.
