"Prior to IDS being installed we had a software which was not helpful," says a senior official on board the cruise liner, "Fortune Lite has immensely helped improve our Front Office operations. To accommodate the 700 odd UN staff on board, we are now able to submit daily reports giving a break up of bed occupancy by various UN staff based on their ID nos. and nationality. To keep track of their movements and accounts would have been difficult had it not been for IDS software." This has gone a long way in assisting the officials on the cruise liner to check occupancy and thereby increase efficiency.

"IDS software has made life easy for Front Office", he further adds, " UN is aware that they can ask for reports for any day for any length which can be made available with the software we are using."

IDS sees a great potential in the cruise liner segment. It is presently in touch with various such cruise liners and plans to install this powerful package on board their ships shortly.
