On Command Corporation Names Chris Sophinos Chief Executive Officer And Gary S. Howard as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Howard has been a member of On Command's board since April 2000 and is also executive vice president, chief operating office and a member of the board of directors of Liberty Media Corporation. He is also the chairman of the board of Liberty Satellite & Technology and a member of the boards of Liberty Digital, Inc. and Liberty Livewire Corporation.

Mr. Fitzgerald is a senior vice president of Liberty Media Corporation and the chairman of the board of Liberty Livewire Corporation. He has held numerous senior executive positions in recent years with AT&T Broadband, Tele-Communications, Inc. and Daniels & Associates.
