14 November 2001

ORLANDO, Fla., Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI), the Vacation Ownership division of Marriott International, Inc. [NYSE: MAR] , and Euro Disney SCA announced today the development of a new property near Paris, France and neighboring Disneyland Paris. Scheduled to open in June 2003, Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France at the Disneyland Resort Paris is the first MVCI project in France.

The property, located within one mile of the Disneyland Paris theme Parks and the adjacent Disneyland Paris golf course designed by Ronald Fream, is approximately 20 miles east of Paris. Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France at the Disneyland Resort Paris will consist of 275 two-bedroom/two-bath villas (proposed) providing 1,250 square feet of living space. Creating the atmosphere of the French countryside with fabrics and artwork accenting garden prints of Impressionist painters, each villa will offer a golf course view along with a master suite featuring a soaking tub and two vanities, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, living room with fireplace, washer/dryer and patio. Sales are targeted to begin April 2002 with prices ranging from $12,100 to $23,100 per week of ownership.

"The alliance with Marriott Vacation Club International and Euro Disney is an excellent collaboration," said Stephen P. Weisz, president, Marriott Vacation Club International. "In our pursuit to provide world-class resort options to our vacation owners, we are excited to announce this addition to our portfolio of 52 resorts around the globe."

Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France at the Disneyland Resort Paris will boast an extensive array of amenities including:

"Under this new agreement Euro Disney creates a new accommodation offering, complementary to the current hotel complex and which by its nature will allow for the strengthening of the "resort" aspect of Disneyland Paris. It will facilitate week-long stays and drive towards an increased synergy between the riches the region has to offer tourists, and those of Disneyland Paris," added Jay Rasulo, chairman of Euro Disney SA.

Paris provides an array of sightseeing and shopping options for owners. Guests can venture off to the Eiffel Tower, the Musee du Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe or browse in Paris' trendy shopping districts and the new International Shopping Center and La Vallée Shopping Village next to Disneyland Resort Paris. Additionally, Paris serves up a variety of dining selections from local favorites showcasing French cuisine to cafes with international fare. The RER trains (suburban express railway) offer transportation around Paris and for those desiring a day trip to London, they can take advantage of the Eurostar station located at Disneyland Resort Paris. Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France at the Disneyland Resort Paris is approximately 30-45 minutes from the Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport and only 30 minutes by Métro from the underground station at the Arc de Triomphe.

Euro Disney SCA [Lon:EDL, Par: EDL and Bru:EDL (BP 100, 77777 Marne La Vallée cedex 4 - France)] and its wholly-owned subsidiaries commenced operations with the official opening of Disneyland Paris on April 12, 1992.
