announced that it has completed the implementation of epitome Property Management System (PMS) for all front office operations of owned and managed Omni Hotels.
The recent implementations of epitome PMS at the new Omni Hotel Mont Royal (Montreal), the Omni Hotel William Penn (Pittsburgh) and the Omni Hotel Los Angeles mark the completion of this chain-wide campaign. Many of Omni Hotel's franchisees have also selected epitome PMS as their solution, enabling Omni to standardize their information throughout the chain.
"In order for Omni Hotels to maximize our revenues while providing superior customer service through technology, we knew we needed Property Management Systems that would help us leverage our existing IT infrastructure while standardizing our information and processes. Omni Hotel's deployment of epitome PMS includes an array of interface and integration tools. This specifically includes tools for epitome PMS integration with Omni Hotel's proprietary and highly automated central reservation system in their Omaha data center.
