MICROS-Fidelio Supplies Property Management and Point-of-Sale Systems to All Current and Planned Accor Suitehotels
New Suitehotel Brand Will Include More Than 30 European Properties
COLUMBIA, Md., MICROS Systems, Inc. MCRS, a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality industry, has been selected to provide its Version 7x Property Management System and Indatec Point-of-Sale System for Accor's newest hotel brand, Suitehotel. There are currently nine Suitehotels operating in France, Germany and Austria, with more than 20 planned to open by 2006 in these countries, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The MICROS-Fidelio Version 7x Property Management System (PMS) provides robust functionality within the easy-to-use Windows® NT operating environment. This full-featured system integrates automated operations for reservations, front desk, housekeeping, cashier, night audit and more, with over 100 standard reports available. Both the V7x PMS installed in other Accor properties and Indatec Inka 300 Point-of-Sale system interface directly with Accor's proprietary TARS On-line Central Reservations System and Grand Back back-office system.
