Crestline Selected to Manage 12 Wyndham and Wyndham Garden Hotels

MCLEAN, Va., Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. announced today that it has been selected by Hospitality Properties Trust HPT to manage its portfolio of 12 Wyndham and Wyndham Garden Hotels. The hotels were previously managed by another third party.

Dave Durbin, President and CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. stated, "This is an exciting opportunity for us to expand our management into the western states and gain an additional brand in our portfolio of managed hotels. We have a long standing relationship with HPT through our parent company Barcelo Crestline which leases 19 hotels from the company which are operated under various Marriott brands."
