Bonsaï Hotels selects OPTIMS' Electronic reservation and distribution solutions

Optims S.A. (Evry, France), the European leader in Information Technology solutions dedicated to the optimisation of management methods and revenue in hospitality, catering and tourism, via its subsidiary Otedis, specialized in providing e-business solutions to the hospitality and tourism industries, has just been selected by Bonsaï Hotels (Libourne, France), to supply the hotel chain with innovative and powerful e-reservation and e-distribution applications.

Bonsaï Hotels has selected :

  • Otedis.Call Center, the electronic central reservation system.
  • Otedis.WebRes, the real time / online booking engine integrated in Bonsaï Hotels' own web site.
  • Otedis.Switch, the electronic distribution of hotel rooms on the Internet.

With Optims/Otedis electronic distribution and reservation solutions, Bonsaï Hotels now provides its 23 hotels, through a unique inventory, with a real time distribution of their rooms through the Group's web site, its central reservation office and through numerous e-distribution channels.

The central reservation office of the hotel chain will have a real time vision of the availability and rates of all the hotels.

Clients will instantaneously book, through very simple tools and via various channels:

  • The Bonsaï Hotels' own web site, www.bonsai-hotel.tm.fr.
  • E-travel web sites, including the portal www.otedis.com.
  • Travel agencies using ADS.
  • Directly through the hotel chain's call center..
