
Mark Hamilton brings years of hospitality experience to this position, including hotel operations, technology consulting and higher education. Most recently, Hamilton was Director of Hospitality Consulting for Evans & Chastain, L.L.P. As a former Director of the Technology Research and Education Center (TREC) at the Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hamilton is well known and widely respected for his role in the development and testing of new and emerging technologies for the hospitality industry and for his involvement in landmark technology research. He frequently addresses national and international audiences on hospitality technology-related topics and has been a longtime contributor to a number of industry journals and trade publications.

Mark earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana and a Masters degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston. He holds the designations of Certified Hospitality Technology Professional and Certified Hospitality Educator from HFTP and the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
