Linda Hirneise is a Partner at J.D. Power and Associates, having joined the firm in 1982. She is responsible for the Hotel/Hospitality practice, which focuses on guest, meeting planner and employee satisfaction studies and on-site property quality audits as well as performance improvement measures for this industry. Previously, Ms.Hirneise developed the firm's Certified Retailer Program, a national recognition program based on retail sales satisfaction. She was also responsible for the initial program development of the firm's Power Information Network, a unique nationwide data collection system that provides real-time retail sales transaction data for subscribing automotive dealers and manufacturers. Prior to joining the firm in 1982, Ms.Hirneise taught business education at a large Southern California high school. Ms.Hirneise earned a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University and a master's degree in education from California Lutheran University.
