Marriott Execustay Franchises Richmond-tidewater-western Virginia Region

Washington , DC | Marriott ExecuStay, the corporate housing division of Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR), today announced that it has entered into a franchise relationship with Richmond, Va.-based Commonwealth Corporates – a company created by Sarah Everhart, owner of Richmond-based Apartment Pros, Inc. – to operate Marriott ExecuStay in Richmond and the Tidewater and Western Virginia markets.

(NYSE:MAR), today announced that it has entered into a franchise relationship with Richmond, Va.-based Commonwealth Corporates – a company created by Sarah Everhart, owner of Richmond-based Apartment Pros, Inc. – to operate Marriott ExecuStay in Richmond and the Tidewater and Western Virginia markets. The franchise agreement is effective Dec. 1.

Ms. Everhart, who with her executive team represents more than 25 years of experience in the property management and corporate housing industries, is a past recipient of the Richmond Apartment Management Association’s “Property Manager of the Year” award.
