AH&LA Radio: Interview w/ Peter M. Ripin, Esq., Davidoff, Malito & Hutcher, LLP – Recent Court Decision Affects Hoteliers: Pop-up Advertising and Keywords

Peter Ripin returns for a follow-up interview to discuss the use of pop-up advertising and keywords and how they relate to the hospitality industry. He’ll talk about a recent court decision that could deal a blow to hoteliers. Even though the dependency on third party websites has lessened as the hospitality industry prospers, hoteliers still face an uphill battle when selling rooms on-line.
