Dave is a business improvement consultant that specializes in the meeting and event industry. Before venturing down the consulting road, Dave worked for Conferon Global Services, Inc. for more than 20 years, most recently as President of the two largest operating divisions - Conferon and ExpoExchange. In that capacity, he was responsible for overseeing more than 500 employees and 80% of the company's revenue. During Dave's tenure at Conferon, he helped lead the exponential growth of the company while attaining operational excellence.
