JAZZ Fusion is a centrally-hosted, multi-property call accounting software and services platform. With JAZZ Fusion, Hilton has eliminated individual telephone call accounting and call logging systems at nearly 80 Hilton UK & Ireland properties. JAZZ now supports Hilton's almost 17,000 hotel rooms in real-time from a single server and single data base platform.
