WATFORD, UK | TeleAdapt continues its quest to keep hotel guests around the world connected as they announce today their new AudioHub product line, featuring the Audio Pull- Through™, Audio/Video Pull-Through™ and the AudioSpool™.

All AudioHub products are designed to connect guest’s laptops, iPods®, MP3 players, and other audio devices to play their music through the inroom television or sound system.

“Our new audio products are compact, sleek and come equipped with audio jack cables,” explains Gordon Brown, TeleAdapt CEO. “Hotels can use any of our AudioHub products to free their guests from using headphones during their stay, enhancing their overall in-room experience.”

Included in the new product line is the Audio Pull-Through, a single cable pullthrough device holding an audio jack cable. One end connects to the in-room TV and the other end is free for guests to connect any personal audio device. The audio jack cable facing the guest simply plugs into the headphone jack of any iPod, Laptop, or MP3 player.

The Audio/Video Pull-Through, also a single cable holding device, features an iPod/iPhone® 30 pin dock connector on easily to the TV’s composite audio/video jack. This connection allows guests with iPods or iPhones to play their music, videos and movies through the inroom TV.

“The trend to provide connections for iPods is evidenced by the explosion of clock radios with iPod docks,” says Brown. “However there is a growing understanding that a simple cable connection is more durable and compatible than a dock for the hotel environment. What might also be overlooked is that TV speakers in the room are far superior to most clock radio speakers.

The AudioSpool features an audio jack cable housed in a retractable hub. With the AudioSpool, hotels can offer guest audio connectivity without exposing any wires.
