
Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions Ltd (EasyRMS), provider of Solutions & Services in the area of Hospitality Revenue & Yield Management worldwide, has successfully completed implementation in 75 additional properties from the NH Hoteles group. This brings the total amount of NH hotels using the EzRMS™ system to 87 properties globally.
A customer since 2006, when an initial rollout of EzRMS™ took place across ten NH properties in Amsterdam, this substantial new deal sees the EzRMS™ Revenue Management suite implemented in NH hotels across Spain, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK and North America.
Installation and training of EzRMS™ involved EasyRMS consultants as well as Stan van Roij, Corporate Director of Revenue Management, who heads up RM for the complete 390+ portfolio of NH Hoteles worldwide. Stan has extensive knowledge of the EzRMS™ system through years of continued use, and was responsible for selecting which additional hotels in the group would most benefit from the deployment.
According to Stan, the reason EzRMS™ was selected for these 75 additional hotels was: "Next to the obvious revenue gain opportunities, the fact that we are cluster-managing these hotels, whereby EzRMS™ is a great help in doing so."
He comments that one of the biggest benefits of EzRMS™ for the group is that they can maintain and track all patterns and business changes that take place in today's fast-changing markets. "To analyse these changes manually through business patterns would take too long, and would delay any amendments in hotel strategies that are critical to performing according to market-share expectations," comments Stan.
"Even though other RM systems develop in similar ways, the fact that EzRMS™ is fully web-based and therefore accessible in all countries and offices worldwide is essential for an organisation like NH, where multi-property management is the norm," he says, adding that EzRMS™ is an essential RM tool in dynamic markets, "and coupled with the great support offered by the global EasyRMS team, the suite will fully enhance Revenue Management processes within our company."
