Half of them will be constructed in Asia, 25 of those in China alone. Germany will see a second property run by this top premium brand: The Grand Hyatt Frankfurt/Main (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 2769) will be located in a hot spot right in the middle of the Europe Quarter next to the international trade fair grounds („Skyline Plaza"), offer 405 hotel rooms and will open up in autumn 2014.
The second hotel project in the German-speaking countries is the Park Hyatt Vienna (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 8629). The boutique hotel with 143 rooms moves into the former regional state bank headquarter perfectly situated next to the Vienna Imperial Residence in the Austrian capital. The hotel opening will be in autumn 2013.
The largest Hyatt project at present is the Pinheirinho Hyatt Golf & Beach Resort in Portugal counting 976 room units (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 6025); opening in spring 2013. Positioned in second place, in reference to its size, is the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar Resort Nassau (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 9289) with 700 rooms with official the opening scheduled for the end of 2014.
