Vantage Hotel Management to Manage Two Daytona Beach Properties
Cal-Vegas, Ltd., dba Vantage Hotel Management, a key affiliate of Vantage Hospitality Group, today announced the addition to its portfolio of two independent, beachfront properties in Daytona Beach, FL – the La Playa Resort and Suites and Conch House.
The La Playa Resort and Suites includes 238 guestrooms with balconies, 3,800 square feet of meeting and banquet facilities, an outdoor oceanfront pool with a lounge that serves lunch, indoor pool and whirlpool, the Veranda restaurant for breakfast, and a penthouse lounge featuring Bonkerz comedy club. The property is located across the street from the popular Bellair Plaza shopping center.
The Conch House features 80 guestrooms with fantastic ocean and town views, an oceanfront pool and sundeck, and laundry facilities. It is located within easy reach of Ocean Walk Village, Boardwalk Amusement Area and Pier, and Daytona Lagoon Waterpark.
