Anderson, along with Hotel Administration Dean Michael Johnson, presented this new research Nov. 12, 2012 as part of the Inside Cornell series.

About the Center for Hospitality Research

The purpose of the Center for Hospitality Research is to enable and conduct research of significance to the global hospitality and related service industries.
