Mr. van Paasschen delivered a presentation on The Age of Great Change in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. He explained that the evolution of brands is about "reliability", "personality", "purpose" and "personalization". Mr. van Paasschen encouraged students to study hospitality in Dubai especially given the number of high quality developments in the region. He left students of The Academy with inspirational words: "Read trend lines, not headlines".
