Kinseth Hospitality Breaks Ground on Hilton Garden Inn of Bettendorf, Iowa!
Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC) is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 959 Middle Road, in Bettendorf, Iowa, took place at 10:00 AM on October 24th. With 80 guests in attendance Mayor Bob Gallagher, President of the Chamber Joe Taylor, Paul Rumler of Quad Cities Chamber, President of First Equity Steve Geifman and Kinseth Hospitality Company Executives Bruce Kinseth, Gary Kinseth, and Les Kinseth broke ground on the new hotel. The new Bettendorf Hilton Garden Inn, a mid-tier hotel brand targeting the savvy and cost-conscious guest, is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2014. The 116-room hotel will be managed by Kinseth Hospitality Companies.
According to Leslie Kinseth, President of Kinseth Hospitality Companies, "We are excited to get construction started on the Bettendorf Hilton Garden Inn. With its convenient location on the north side of Bettendorf just minutes from Interstate 80, we feel that the Hilton Garden Inn will provide the area with a truly first-class, medium-priced, hotel for both business and leisure travelers alike. The Hilton Garden Inn will also provide another lodging alternative to Hilton guests staying in the Quad Cities."
When completed, the new Hilton Garden Inn Bettendorf will provide guests with a great hotel experience at a price that is affordable with all the amenities they deserve. Some of the in-room amenities will include fresh cozy duvets and crisp linens, plush hypoallergenic pillows, HD televisions, and complimentary wireless internet.
