"The Career Days have clearly proven to be successful for us as a company and for the participants, who will have the chance to talk directly to hotel managers," says Reto Wittwer, President and CEO of Kempinski Hotels. Wittwer, together with other members of board will be present in Beijing this year to interview and meet Kempinski's potential talents. "The only indispensable qualities you need are passion and enthusiasm. Everything else can be learned" says Wittwer in regards to his personal requirements for a job in luxury hospitality.

Candidates should bring copies of their updated CVs and have a thorough knowledge of Kempinski Hotels.

During the Career Day, top managers from Kempinski's headquarters in Geneva and the regional offices in China and the Middle East will give presentations on career development opportunities in the industry.
