HONG KONG -- This award-winning actress, producer and director's roles include Lucky Number Slevin, where she co-starred with another Mandarin Oriental Fan, Morgan Freeman, as well as Kill Bill and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle. Liu is notably known for her leading role in television show Ally McBeal, where she earned an Emmy award nomination. Currently Liu is starring in the award winning TV Series, Elementary.

The campaign is designed to raise Mandarin Oriental's brand awareness globally in print and in digital media, by connecting Mandarin Oriental's well-recognized symbol - the fan - with international celebrities. In appreciation of their support, the Group makes a donation to each celebrity's individual choice of charity. Liu's favorite charities include UNICEF, an organization she has worked with for 10 years, and Ignite, a BAM arts program for children.
