Omni Hotels & Resorts Partner With Monscierge To Pilot New Technology


Austin, TX – This week, Omni Hotels & Resorts launches a series of new guest-facing technology products during the HITEC 2015 hospitality technology show. The Omni Downtown Austin Hotel has partnered with the software firm Monscierge to implement new products and strategies that will enhance the Omni guest experience.
With the Omni Connect mobile app, guests can select a specific Omni property from a menu that opens to a full service hotel mobile application, complete with guest request functionality, valet retrieval, meetings and events and a list of the Omni concierge's local experience recommendations.
Beginning at the pre-arrival stage of the trip, guests will receive an SMS Welcome message with an invitation to download the Omni Connect app for iOS and Android services. They are also invited to talk directly from the Welcome Message back to Omni associates with any questions, concerns, or requests, and before arrival.

The Omni Austin is also equipped with a lobby virtual concierge device for guests to look up weather, flight details, local recommendations and other travel information.
