Aurora Toth has been appointed VP Marketing for the Country Inns & Suites Brand at Carlson Hotels Worldwide in Minneapolis - MN, United States.
Toth
will be responsible for managing all agency relationships, advertising,
promotions, interactive marketing and all marketing through loyalty programs
for Country Inns & Suites By Carlson, the growing mid-tier lodging brand with
more than 460 hotels in the Americas, Europe and India. Toth reports directly to Steve Mogck, executive vice president and chief
operating officer for Country Inns & Suites By Carlson. Toth brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to Carlson Hotels
Worldwide, encompassing several corporate leadership roles as well as
consultant work on customer insight and marketing strategies for startup
companies and agency clients. Prior to her most recent work as a consultant,
Toth served as vice president of Marketing for Christopher & Banks Corp. In
this position, she was responsible for developing brand strategy for three
brands, including multi-channel campaigns, Customer Relationship
Management strategy and creative concepts in support of seasonal
merchandise and new product launches.

Stephanie Beyer has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources at Carlson Hotels Worldwide in Minneapolis - MN, United States.
Beyer reports directly to Jay Witzel, president and chief executive officer of Carlson Hotels Worldwide. Beyer served most recently as senior director of human resources, Traveler and Transaction Services, for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a sister company within Carlson. Beyer has been with Carlson for six and a half years. Prior to her role at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, she served as senior director of Workforce Planning & Recruitment for Carlson and was responsible for leadership of the Carlson Recruitment Center of Expertise and enterprise wide projects related to recruitment and workforce planning. Before that, she served as a director and then senior director of Human Resources for the Carlson Marketing Group.

Jean-Marc Busato has been appointed President and Managing Director Asia Pacific at Carlson Hotels Worldwide in Minneapolis - MN, United States.
The Swiss national joins CHW-AP, one of the world's largest privately-held hotel companies, from The Rezidor Hotel Group, where he was Area Vice President and Managing Director for Middle East and Africa. The Rezidor Hotel Group is Carlson's major partner in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Carlson is also the largest single shareholder in Rezidor. At Rezidor, Busato was responsible for aggressively growing the group's brands in key Middle East markets including Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Egypt. Under his leadership, the company's portfolio in this emerging region reached 23 hotels with more than 5,500 rooms in operation and further 30 hotels with more than 7,500 hotels under development. Upcoming projects include flagships such as the first Hotel MISSONI (to debut in Kuwait in 2009) and The Regent Abu Dhabi (2010).

Heather Passe has been appointed President of Customer Relationship Management at Carlson Hotels Worldwide in Minneapolis - MN, United States.
Key programs she will oversee include goldpoints plusSM, the company's global frequent guest program for all of its hotel brands; and look to book, an industry leading, patented loyalty program for travel agents. She will also oversee the hotel brands' partner marketing and direct marketing efforts.
Passe reports directly to Paula Winkler, executive vice president of Operational Support Services and chief information officer for Carlson Hotels Worldwide. The Support Services area also includes information technology, Hospitality Support Services for the hotels, distribution and reservation
services, revenue optimization, and training and education. Passe brings twelve years of marketing and strategic management experience in the travel industry with Northwest Airlines. She most recently served as Managing Director of Passenger Marketing overseeing marketing and promotion, customer relationship management, online marketing, design and content of nwa.com, market research, advertising and product development. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business management from College of St. Benedict.
