The Stevens Holtze Corporation, founded by Steve Holtze, is a real estate development and hotel management company concentrating on the redevelopment of historic properties into elegant hotels in central business districts. Not only does the company design and perform the renovation of its hotels but it also controls and manages the hotel once it is completed. Mr. Holtze entered his family's 50-year old construction and development business in 1972, after earning a Masters degree in structural engineering from Columbia University.
