Beyer reports directly to Jay Witzel, president and chief executive officer of Carlson Hotels Worldwide. Beyer served most recently as senior director of human resources, Traveler and Transaction Services, for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a sister company within Carlson. Beyer has been with Carlson for six and a half years. Prior to her role at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, she served as senior director of Workforce Planning & Recruitment for Carlson and was responsible for leadership of the Carlson Recruitment Center of Expertise and enterprise wide projects related to recruitment and workforce planning.
Before that, she served as a director and then senior director of Human Resources for the Carlson Marketing Group.
