In her former role as Hotel Manager at the Hilton Chicago, Pchola was instrumental in changing the operation structure of the property which led to significant GOP growth. She began her career in 1988 at the Hilton International Toronto where she was recruited as a Night Manager as part of Hilton’s Professional Development Program. She went on to hold positions in Hilton Corporate offices first in Atlanta as an Operations Analyst for the Eastern Region in 1994, and then in Beverly Hills as Manager of Operations Analyst for the Corporate Finance Department in 1997.
Pchola was the Resident Manager at the Hilton Atlanta in 1998 before becoming the General Manager of the Hilton Cleveland East in 2005 where she worked with the new ownership group to ensure a smooth transition from a managed property to a franchised hotel.
