Held will oversee convention group sales for New Jersey, New York, as well as the Eastern half of Pennsylvania with a focus on the Harrisburg and Philadelphia markets. Bringing a depth of hospitality to her new position, Held joined the Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa from the Westin Hotel in Pittsburgh, where she spent the past three years as a Sales Manager for the Association, Government and Sports markets.
Held also had a similar role at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh. A native of Pittsburgh, Held graduated from West Virginia University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism.
