In this role, she ensures consistent design quality for the brand, and also leads refinement and implementation of design standards and requirements for the brand’s new descriptor program.
Prior to joining Best Western, Hulbert spent twelve years with Hilton Hotels Corporation, most recently serving as director of interior design for Latin America and the Caribbean.
With Hilton, Hulbert oversaw design for Hilton’s 10 brands in the 43 countries that make up the Latin American region, working on projects such as the Hilton Iguazu Falls in Argentina, the Hilton Bogota, the Panama City Hilton, the Palmer House Hilton renovation, and focused-service properties such as the Hampton Inn in Chiapas, Mexico.
