John Figueroa joins Libra OnDemand as its newest Customer Success Manager, responsible for helping clients get the most out of the system’s comprehensive suite of applications. Figueroa has extensive experience with Libra OnDemand’s backbone platform, Force.com, having used it in his most recent position as Technology Relationship Manager for Universal Orlando Resort.
