Deanna LoRusso has been promoted Operations Coach at Hotel Equities Group, LLC

Ms. LoRusso has responsibility for managing all facets of hotel operations above the property level for the hotels under her direction. She supports, trains and mentors the firm’s General Managers and makes sure that they are well-versed in brand standards, guest satisfaction scores and the Hotel Equities’ culture and mission. After joining Hotel Equities in 2009, Ms LoRusso served in several leadership positions. As the Bench General Manager for hotels in the firm’s portfolio, she provided critical direction and support. She recently held the post of General Manager of the Fairfield Inn & Suites-Buckhead. Ms. LoRusso has more than 17 years of industry experience. Her background includes leadership positions in Las Vegas at the Luxor Hotel and Casino, in Mississippi at the Silver Star Hotel and Casino, and in Atlanta working for Crowne Plaza Hotels where she earned the Front Office Manager of the Year award. She spent the past nine years working for InterContinental Hotels Group where she held several positions, the most recent being Brand Manager for Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts - Americas Region.
