After an extensive and meticulous two year renovation, this emblematic address of Parisian hospitality will reopen its doors in May 2013, returning the hotel to its original grandeur in complete Art Deco splendour. An insatiable globetrotter, Simon Rusconi has travelled the world for more than twenty years. Born in Switzerland and educated at the Ecole Hôtelière in Lausanne, where he received his degree in 1990, Simon began his career across the Atlantic in 1996 by leading the department of Food & Beverage of e Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort, Waikiki. A¬fter over 20 years of working in Hawaii, Indonesia, Tahiti, San Francisco, and most recently, Atlanta, he returned to Europe with the desire to marry his international experience with the ways of Parisian luxury hospitality.
