With a combined level of premier culinary expertise, Zumaeta and Chef Joseph bring a discerning pedigree of luxury and creative culinary concepts that will further elevate YVE Hotel Miami’s F&B venues. In his new position, Zumaeta will rejoin the YVE Hotel Miami family to lead the hotel’s culinary department and oversee its day-to-day operations. Zumaeta played an instrumental role in the launch of YVE Hotel Miami and was previously the front desk manager at Marriott Cadillac Courtyard.
