Denise HupfieldGuestline are pleased to announce the appointment of Denise Hupfield who has joined the company as Support Manager to assist in continuing to deliver a first class support service to the ever growing Guestline customer base. Denise has over 25 years’ experience within the hotel, hospitality software and IT industry, including a 15-year career with Mitchells and Butlers where she worked within the IT Helpdesk department managing various projects within their organisation and ensuring a high standard of customer service within the departments. In her new role at Guestline, Denise is responsible for the customer support department, incoming service requests and ensuring Guestline customers are assisted with any queries they may have. Denise will ensure the support team are fully knowledgeable and receive continuous training of both the Guestline suite of solutions and new innovations to maintain the fantastic reputation the Guestline support team currently holds.
