As Resident Manager, Sepersaud will serve an integral role in operations and assist the Vice President/General Manager with the successful running of the hotel, which is set to debut in November 2016. Sepersaud’s experience in the hospitality industry spans well over a decade, having held positions that include Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Director of Purchasing and Director of Operations. Most recently, Sepersaud served as Director of Rooms at the Viceroy Anguilla. The Reef will open as a new hotel extension of CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa in Anguilla, neighboring the renowned property. The Reef will feature 80 suites across five buildings, an exceptional spa and wellness program, and an array of water sport activities. In keeping with the outstanding culinary tradition of CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa, The Reef will feature two restaurants with excellent locally-sourced and coveted global ingredients. The Yacht Club will serve breakfast and lunch, as well as seafood-driven dinner fare with top-quality sourcing and Breezes, the beachside grill, will offer sophisticated light fare.
