This will be the second exclusive Nobu Residences project following the successful planning, launch and sales of Nobu Residences Toronto. Nobu Hotel São Paulo is being operated under an ownership agreement with Ester Endo, CEO & Founder of Address Consulting and Associates and Fabiano Barletta, Commercial Partner.
