The Estate Yountville, a 22-acre compound located in California"s Napa Valley wine country comprised of two ultra-luxe lifestyle hotels, a celebrated spa, retail and dining complex and experiential event spaces, The Vineyard and The Pavilion, unveiled the design concept for the multi-million dollar transformation of Vintage House and Hotel Villagio. A team of the world"s most sought-after interior designers, architects, landscape designers and talent were assembled by owners Brookfield to bring the new luxury vision to life and further enhance the property"s legacy in the community. Leading hospitality interior design firm, Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), worked in tandem with two of the firm"s subdivisions, Illuminate lighting design and Canvas art consultants, as well as with SB Architects for the exteriors, to spearhead the transformative renovation. Launched to the public on October 4, 2017, Vintage House"s serene interiors exude a sophisticated aesthetic with gray and soft lavender color schemes and subtle nods to the locale"s carefree spirit. The 80 bungalow-style abodes are tucked quietly amidst the lush landscape of The Estate, which is ideally located in the center of Yountville, walking distance from many of the nation"s most acclaimed restaurants and world-renowned wineries.

The intimate Vintage House embodies the spirit of California wine country and establishes itself as a place where the Napa Valley"s warm culture mixes gracefully with a modern and relaxing vibe. Surrounded by lush landscaping and calming water features, Vintage House and its public spaces seamlessly blend into the treasured destination. From the breathtaking Main House that brings rustic elegance and modern sophistication to new heights of contemporary style, to fireplaced guestrooms that showcase refined varietal hues and crafted vino-cultured details, to a private pool deck splashed in calm with outdoor cabanas and sun-soaked chaises to steal away to, Vintage House will be a place to lose yourself in the moment, enjoying Napa"s peaceful appeal. The hotel is now welcoming guests to enjoy reimagined guestrooms, a new luxurious pool area and a completely transformed lush lobby experience. After passing through an open-air portico and outdoor fireplace, two-story windows in Main House pours sunlight onto the solid walnut plank floors, providing a natural link to the beauty outdoors. Elegant white Carrera marble accents highlight the white architectural wood details and add texture throughout. A setting for both romantic and group gatherings, the Main House features cozy hidden nooks as well as open seating areas.

The warm atmosphere of the Vintage House public spaces is present in each of the guestrooms and suites. Each room incorporates natural elements and materials reflective of the beauty of the surrounding region with a design palate that invokes a sense of memory and place, with wood-burning fireplaces as the focal point as well as private balconies or patios. A white clapboard headboard wall, luxe bedding and rich velvetresidential-style furniture provide unique textural elements. The mini-bar and safe unit is a custom-designed "trunk" reminiscent of old travel trunks used at the turn of the century. Bathrooms with stone veining boast oversized soaking tubs or dual showers and vanities, and natural ESPA bath amenities.
