With the recent opening of the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel, Concord Hospitality has officially welcomed the 100th property to its growing portfolio of top-tier brands. The award-winning hotel development, ownership and management company has spent the last 33 years partnering with owners and investors on more than $2.5 billion developing properties across North America.

The opening of Concord Hospitality's 100th property illustrates the company's continued commitment to expanding its portfolio and increasing its footprint across the United States and Canada. In the second half of 2018 alone, Concord Hospitality plans to open seven new properties, with 13 additional openings already planned throughout 2019 and 2020.

"Our aggressive growth strategy has created a great deal of excitement, both internally and externally," said President and CEO Mark Laport. "While we celebrate this milestone and look to the future, we also pause and offer our gratitude to the associates, brand partners, investors, third-party owners and service providers that have supported us and contributed to our growth and success."

Along with a commitment to expansion, Concord Hospitality is dedicated to transforming the way in which guests experience its properties through new and innovative projects. In April 2018, for example, the company opened its first warehouse-built stacked hotel with the AC Hotel Louisville Downtown, and in May 2018, it opened the Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami, which is located in the new 83-story Panorama Tower - the tallest building in Miami. The Hyatt House Jersey City, which opened in November 2017, is an adaptive reuse of a 97-year-old bank building.

"Working closely with our brand and investment partners, Concord Hospitality is planning to emphasize and expand our management of soft branded and lifestyle hotels, as well as incorporate unique food and beverage concepts in our newest additions," said Grant Sabroff, Senior Vice President of Business Development at Concord Hospitality. "With a robust pipeline of management, ownership and development opportunities, we look forward to bringing our knowledge and expertise to each of our respective projects in the near future."

Concord Hospitality consistently ranks as one of the country's top hotel management companies, with more than 20 brand affiliations including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Choice and annual revenues exceeding $650 million. More than 4,500 associates work in properties across 20 states and two Canadian provinces.

During the last three decades, Concord Hospitality has frequently been recognized by trade and consumer organizations, including multiple certifications as a Great Place to Work®. Additionally, Fortune has named Concord Hospitality as one of the country's 100 Best Workplaces for Women and Millennials for two years running.

At Concord Hospitality, associates and executives believe it is their colleagues and everyone's differences that make up the company's greatest strengths. Concord Hospitality was founded on five cornerstones: quality, integrity, profitability, community and having fun. These remain at the heart of the company's culture today as it continues to expand and grow as a great place to work for all. An organization in the business of serving people, Concord Hospitality makes it a point to give back to the communities where its associates live and work, as well.

Concord Hospitality will welcome two more properties to its expanding portfolio in third quarter 2018 with the opening of the AC Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown and the AC Hotel New York Downtown.
