Lumière with Inspirato is pleased to announce that they will open their doors in partnership with Inspirato this coming winter. Following a property-wide renovation, one of the most extensive completed at the property since they first opened in 2008, the highly anticipated reopening will debut the majority of the updates made to the iconic Telluride property. Most recently ranked #4 of the Top Hotels in Colorado by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler, the property's new look designed by Inner Living, is the continuation of The Reimagine Project launched by the owners earlier this year.

Visitors will be welcomed by a more modern look and unobtrusively upscale feel upon arrival to Telluride's luxury boutique hotel situated high in the San Juan Mountains. Made up of 18 one to five-bedroom residences and penthouses, each individual space has been restyled and redesigned to exude an organic, modern chicness that evokes its own personality. From linens to the dining table, they harmoniously pair clean lines, a lighter color palette and natural fabrics. The furniture, fashioned and polished, is a confluence of understated luxury. It was a fundamental factor to the hotel owners that the property continues to pay homage to the 140-year-old town as they adorn spaces and residences with bygone mining and skiing elements integral to the fabric of Telluride.

The December 14th opening is only the beginning of Lumière with Inspirato's 2018-2019 ski season. With more direct flights and a robust air schedule, travelers have easy access to the renowned ski area, ranked #1 Ski Resort in the U.S. by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler for five of the last six years. Daily flights are available from major cities including New York/Newark, Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Atlanta and select service from Charlotte and Salt Lake City to Montrose Telluride Airport (MTJ). United Airlines has also partnered with Boutique Air to offer year-round service from Denver directly into Telluride Regional Airport (TEX), making it easier than ever to get from the jet way to the ski lift in record time.

Lumière recognizes and embraces convenience as the ultimate luxury, a common theme found throughout the property's personalized programing, dedicated concierge team and the Telluride Ski Resort itself. Prior to arrival, guests can arrange their equipment rentals through Lumière's exclusive partnership with Black Tie Ski Rentals. They provide in-room fittings making for a seamless ski-in/ski-out experience direct from the mountainside property. To enhance this year's Telluride ski vacation, the award winning ski resort has joined the Epic Pass for the 2018-2019 season. The Epic Pass, created by Vail Resorts, gives skiers and snowboards elite access to over 45 mountain resorts including day passes (without blackout dates), discounted lift tickets and direct access to lift lines, bypassing the ticket window completely.
