Renowned hotel and brand management company Dream Hotel Group today announced plans to debut the Dream Hotels brand in Valle de Guadalupe in 2021. The latest hotel signing with Baja California-based Cosmopolitan Grouprepresents a major milestone for Dream Hotel Group as it marks the first Dream Hotel location and third hotel deal signed in Mexico within the last 12 months, further positioning the company as international hospitality innovators and leading the way for new growth in the region.

Designed by renowned Mexican architect Tatiana Bilbao and located on over 35 acres in the Baja California region of Mexico incorporating a large vineyard, the boutique hotel will feature 61 guest rooms and villas, a luxury spa and wellness concept and three highly activated dining and nightlife venues, including a private tasting room and pool bar.

With a focus on an eco-chic style, Bilbao's design will ensure the first Dream location in Mexico blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings of mountain and vineyard which are prominent characteristics of Valle de Guadalupe.

In keeping with that reality, the hotel's signature restaurant will engage a known celebrity chef to cater to its guests and the local community.

The serenity of the environment will form part of the ambience of the Dream Hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. The intention is to have this resource serve guests so they feel relaxed and refreshed for the duration of their stay while enjoying ease of access to places of interest nearby.

Valle de Guadalupe is located less than two hours from San Diego in Baja California, Mexico. On the Ruta del Vino wine route with convenient access to dozens of the region's esteemed wineries, the boutique lifestyle hotel will be a destination with modern design that will blend in with the property's natural countryside surroundings. The property will boast an inviting pool bar with a robust events and programming calendar for guests and the surrounding community. In addition, the hotel will provide private meeting spaces for intimate events and weddings, engaging an audience that is currently underserved in the market.
